Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree
- •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- •At least 4 years of experience in employee listening
- •Experience managing complex global projects and multicultural teams
- •Proven ability to develop and implement EX, culture, and listening strategies
- •Familiarity with pharma and biotech industries
- •Strong data analytics skills
- •Business fluent English; knowledge of Japanese or German is a plus

- •Lead the design and implementation of the global employee experience strategy
- •Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to develop engagement initiatives
- •Provide oversight to global EX, culture, and listening leads
- •Serve as a member of the Global Total Rewards & Well-Being leadership team
- •Develop and execute a comprehensive global EX, culture, and listening strategy
- •Integrate employee experience into HR and organizational strategies
- •Collaborate with Regional EX, Culture, and Listening Leads on global frameworks
- •Partner with HR, legal, finance, and vendors for program planning and compliance
- •Use data and analytics to measure employee engagement and identify improvements
- •Design and oversee employee experience journeys from onboarding to offboarding
- •Lead employee listening initiatives to assess sentiment and drive improvements
- •Shape organizational culture to align with company values and goals
- •Conduct market analysis to benchmark EX, culture, and listening programs
- •Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global regulations
- •Lead and mentor the Global EX, Culture & Listening team
