Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
  • 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources in EMEA region
  • Inclusive leadership with curiosity and results-orientation
  • Proven record of influencing senior executive stakeholders
  • Understanding of competitor landscape and industry dynamics
  • Experience working globally preferred
  • Consultative mindset leveraging data for decision-making
  • Leading through transformation and change
  • Strong sense of strategic prioritization
  • Whole systems perspective in problem-solving
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Experience with sales compensation a plus

Deine Aufgaben

  • Provide strategic people consultation across the EMEA region
  • Partner with the Leader Support team to oversee compliance
  • Support leader enablement and promote employee civility
  • Own and drive the region’s talent strategy for sales and marketing
  • Translate business plans into talent and engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement internal HR strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver HR programs
  • Act as a talent strategist and trusted advisor to senior leaders
  • Diagnose workforce needs and gaps using a data-driven approach
  • Inform priorities related to workforce planning and organization design
  • Build relationships with senior leaders and General Managers
  • Coach and influence leaders during technology transformation
  • Monitor employee experience through engagement data and listening sessions
  • Respond to global or local crises affecting employees
  • Act as an early warning signal for executives and HR leadership
  • Influence and drive adoption of strategic talent programs
  • Steward the Human Resources functional strategy and operating model
  • Drive integrated talent management programs like goal setting and performance feedback
  • Participate in cross-functional teams on talent programs
  • Bring insights from external industry trends into discussions
  • Promote inclusion across the lifecycle of talent programs
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to optimize HR function value
  • Provide HR leadership for cross-functional business needs
  • Triage local business needs and mobilize HR teams for resolution
  • Represent site needs to HR Centers of Excellence
  • Integrate local talent strategies into global people strategy
  • Advocate for global HR program adoption with local teams
  • Represent HR in internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • Support local HR teams in their overall experience and growth
  • Oversee leader enablement and compliance with the Leader Support team
  • Implement people programs focused on upskilling leaders
  • Provide real-time coaching on employee management
  • Foster employee civility during major events
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
