•10+ years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
•Biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry experience
•Proven success as a strategic HR partner
•Experience partnering with HR Centers of Excellence
•Deep knowledge of German labor law and works council engagement
•Strong consulting, communication, and influencing skills
•Experience operating across multiple countries and cultures
•Strong business acumen
•Demonstrated change leadership capability
•Experience leveraging HR systems and tools
•Fluency in German and English

•Partner with senior leaders to enhance performance and organizational capability

•Drive talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives

•Participate in hiring decisions for critical and leadership roles

•Coach managers on performance planning and career development
•Ensure consistent deployment of HR systems and policies
•Implement HR initiatives and manage local change effectively
•Contribute to European and global HR projects
•Develop and execute the annual HR Business Plan
•Support HR administration management for compliance and efficiency
