Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or alternative relevant experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing direct reports and preferably leading global recruiting teams
  • Experience in full-life cycle experienced hire recruiting for pharma or biotech companies
  • Experience managing global or multicultural project delivery and developing talent acquisition strategies and programs
  • Strong technical knowledge of experienced hire and early career hiring trends, processes, technologies, and systems
  • Proven success in driving organizational growth through best-in-class talent acquisition practices and data-driven workforce planning

  • Lead the design and execution of innovative hiring strategies
  • Inspire and guide Global Business Unit Talent Acquisition Leads
  • Align strategic workforce planning with operational excellence
  • Advise senior business leaders on talent acquisition
  • Standardize recruiting policies and tools for a consistent global experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role criteria
  • Create global early career talent programs
  • Ensure a smooth candidate journey from application to onboarding
  • Oversee cross-regional recruitment efforts for senior roles
  • Lead global Talent Acquisition projects to enhance hiring practices
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring leaders
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and external partners on recruitment efforts
  • Align employer messaging with Employer Branding initiatives
  • Support HRIS program development
  • Monitor and analyze Talent Acquisition performance for improvements
  • Manage headcount tracking and recruitment prioritization
  • Provide accurate hiring data for leadership
  • Drive benchmarking and develop KPIs for Talent Acquisition
  • Promote inclusion and diversity in Talent Acquisition practices
