- •Lead and develop a team of four Talent Acquisition Managers
- •Take ownership of the entire talent acquisition lifecycle
- •Serve as a sparring partner to the leadership team on talent acquisition matters
- •Act as Talent Acquisition Partner for international hiring managers
- •Enhance existing recruiting processes, tools, and standards
- •Be the key stakeholder in integrating the new ATS in H1/2026
- •Provide strategic insights to improve team professionalism and future-readiness
- •Ensure an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers
- •Monitor KPIs and create action plans based on findings
