Anforderungen
- •University degree in Economics, Energy Markets, Engineering, Policy, or related field
- •At least 10 years of professional experience in energy markets
- •Strong track record in power market analysis, PPA structures and negotiations, revenue modelling, and regulatory frameworks
- •Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- •Solid understanding of electricity markets, grid access, energy policy, and regulatory risk
- •Experience engaging senior stakeholders such as offtakers, regulators, TSOs/ISOs, and public authorities
- •Strategic, commercially driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- •Fluency in English
- •Willingness to travel internationally
- •Additional languages are an advantage
