Anforderungen
- •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Procurement & Supply Chain, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- •Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience on large, complex infrastructure or energy projects
- •Proven track record in contract administration and claims management
- •Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- •Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- •High ethical standards and integrity
- •Fluent written and spoken English
- •Strong MS Office skills
- •Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage contract and claim administration for offshore wind projects
- •Provide commercial and contractual support from contract execution to project completion
- •Assist Package Managers and teams with variations, amendments, and claims
- •Conduct cost-benefit and risk assessments for additional scope and procurement activities
- •Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and key dates
- •Administer payment milestones, liquidated damages, and claim timelines
- •Analyze contracts to identify risks, opportunities, and gaps
- •Maintain and update risk, claim, and variation registers
- •Prepare and manage contractual correspondence and claims documentation
- •Coordinate contract- and claim-related matters across various stakeholders
- •Support meetings and dispute resolution efforts
