•Serve as the primary legal advisor for project teams
•Coordinate with in-house and external legal experts
•Proactively advise senior management on risks and disputes
•Support dispute resolution processes with outside counsel
•Champion standardization and process improvements
•Develop innovative solutions for complex projects
•Build strong relationships across legal and business teams
