Anforderungen
- •Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- •5–8 years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement
- •Experience working with international supply chains and managing high-value categories
- •In-depth knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and supplier relationship management
- •Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with experience in tendering and negotiation
- •Familiarity with category-specific technical requirements and market dynamics
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across functions and geographies
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- •Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- •Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders

- •Monitor category performance and cost drivers
- •Maintain category roadmaps and supplier databases
- •Lead RfI/RfQ processes and negotiations
- •Contribute to contract development and risk allocation
- •Track and report on supplier performance and procurement KPIs
- •Develop category-specific guidelines and documentation
- •Participate in cross-project alignment within procurement
