Anforderungen

•Degree in Business Management, Procurement & Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience
•Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in strategic procurement or sourcing roles
•Proven track record of managing complex procurement projects
•Structured and adaptable working style
•Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
•High ethical standards and integrity, fluent written and spoken English, strong MS Office skills, and SAP experience as a strong advantage

•Lead end-to-end procurement activities for high-value equipment and services
•Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies
•Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including market analysis and supplier selection
•Conduct competitive tendering and lead commercial negotiations for complex contracts
•Act as a trusted partner to Package Managers and technical stakeholders
•Evaluate total cost of ownership and manage procurement-related risks
•Track forecast spend and contribute to cost reduction and value targets
•Establish and manage supplier performance through KPIs
•Ensure contract implementation readiness and support stakeholder interfaces
