Anforderungen
- •Degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Technology, or equivalent experience
- •Solid experience and in-depth knowledge of Drug Product Aseptic Filling including Lyophilization
- •Proven leadership experience including development of teams
- •Experience in Commissioning and Qualification
- •Excellent communication skills and interaction with various internal and external interfaces
- •Fluency in English or German with minimum B2 level in the respective other language

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the ramp-up of the Lyophilization filling line
- •Ensure operational readiness of the new facility with the Operations Lead team
- •Oversee the operative takeover of the new line after qualification
- •Manage the manufacturing team for the Lyophilized Vials Line, including 8 direct reports and up to 26 indirect reports
- •Foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and trust within the team
- •Handle all aspects of team management, including qualification, development, coaching, and hiring
- •Define processes for the Lyophilized Vial area and overarching manufacturing processes
- •Provide timely user input to maintain project timelines and budget
- •Support the supply chain team to ensure timely material availability
- •Assist the project team in the qualification and commissioning of equipment
- •Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
- •Represent the facility during customer visits, audits, and inspections
