Anforderungen
- •MSc or PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or equivalent scientific degree
- •Solid leadership experience of direct reports
- •Substantial experience in aseptic fill&finish processes of drug product
- •Substantial experience with qualification and validation processes
- •Experience in manufacturing processes of clinical and commercial batch sizes
- •Work experience in MSAT (Manufacturing Science & Technology)
- •Fluency in English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead a team of MSAT Experts in technology transfers
- •Manage all aspects of human resource management for the MSAT team
- •Foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and high performance
- •Oversee manufacturing processes and resolve technical challenges
- •Drive continuous improvement and enable innovation projects
- •Ensure MSAT processes are inspection-ready for audits
- •Participate in customer visits and presentations
- •Lead investigations into product and process deviations
- •Analyze data to identify root causes of failures
- •Support the DP Operations Head in achieving overall goals
- •Collaborate with functions on tech transfer and process development
- •Act as deputy to the Head of Drug Product Operations Stein
