- •Completed commercial training
- •Several years of professional experience in fixed asset and financial accounting
- •Additional qualification as a certified balance sheet accountant
- •Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/AA
- •Ideally basic knowledge of SD, MM, and CO
- •Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- •Excellent command of German (written and spoken)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage the entire fixed asset portfolio for multiple entities
- •Coordinate with departments on investment orders and asset accounting
- •Record additions and disposals of fixed assets
- •Process transfers for cost center changes
- •Calculate monthly depreciation and extraordinary write-ups or write-downs
- •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- •Reconcile subledger and general ledger accounts
- •Contribute to financial analyses and documentation
- •Prepare asset schedules and depreciation simulations per IFRS
- •Enter data into the parent company’s consolidation software
- •Act as the contact person for auditors during year-end closing
- •Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP projects
- •Act as Key User for SAP FI-AA
- •Organize and oversee fixed asset inventories
- •Ensure necessary corrections in accounting records
