Anforderungen
- •Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- •Practical experience in VAT, accounting, or order management
- •Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- •Proficient in SAP (FI, SD) and confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- •Structured, reliable, and self-driven approach with strong adherence to deadlines
- •Strong communication skills and team spirit
- •Willingness to grow professionally and contribute to process improvements

Deine Aufgaben
- •Prepare and submit VAT returns
- •Review EC Sales Lists and consignment stock reports
- •Ensure compliance with internal tax policies
- •Coordinate with tax authorities and internal departments
- •Post VAT data in SAP and AMANA software
- •Perform VAT ID checks and resolve discrepancies
- •Identify eligible input VAT for refunds
- •Submit refund applications to foreign tax authorities
- •Assist with VAT registrations and year-end closing
- •Support internal audits and training sessions
