- •Document inventory accounts, receivables, and liabilities.
- •Post and maintain loans and lease agreements.
- •Serve as contact for accounts receivable and payable.
- •Post and reconcile wage and salary accounts.
- •Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts.
- •Conduct intercompany reconciliations.
- •Prepare and report period results to the parent company.
- •Analyze and document closing entries per internal controls.
- •Integrate new companies into closing processes.
- •Participate in cross-functional optimization projects.
- •Prepare sales tax returns and summary reports.
