- •Degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- •Extensive, multi-year professional experience in finance and accounting
- •Proven, multi-year experience in professional and disciplinary leadership of teams
- •Solid accounting proficiency according to HGB and IFRS
- •Confident handling of MS Office and common ERP system
- •Strong communication skills and strategic thinking
- •Business-fluent communication skills in German and English
- •Valid work permit for Germany

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the accounting team professionally and disciplinarily
- •Oversee personnel development, goal setting, and performance management
- •Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting
- •Ensure efficient and accurate booking processes
- •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
- •Optimize and develop accounting processes and systems for efficiency and quality
- •Support ERP projects
- •Monitor CAPEX project controlling and its accounting representation
- •Create and analyze reports for management
- •Manage liquidity planning and payment runs
- •Serve as the central contact for auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders on accounting issues
