Anforderungen

  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 10+ years’ experience in sales, business development and GTM strategy
  • Proven enterprise software sales experience in a large, global matrixed sales organization
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior product leaders
  • Deep sales, market and product knowledge relating to the Customer Workflow business
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience developing and running sales programs and strategies
  • Experience presenting to large internal and external audiences
  • Understanding of customer buying preferences and market dynamics
  • Consistent track record of sales excellence
  • Superior knowledge and demonstrated skills of sales techniques
  • Strong forecasting and reporting capabilities
  • Proven track record selling to large enterprise level customers
  • Strong organization, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem solving and time management skills
  • Experience inspiring global, matrixed teams
  • Self-starter with a 'win as a team' approach
  • International experience is a plus
  • Strong fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Expand solution sales specialist capabilities
  • Shape cross-functional ecosystem activities
  • Build pipeline and capture market opportunities
  • Support solution market development and demand generation
  • Enable field teams for Customer Workflow capabilities
  • Create GTM strategies with cross-functional partners
  • Develop business development strategies with Geo leadership
  • Monitor and track multi-quarter business performance metrics
  • Represent the portfolio at customer and partner events
  • Bridge market insights to inform product pricing and packaging
  • Collaborate with solution sales teams to execute WF strategies
  • Serve as the GTM voice for Workflow in business reviews
  • Foster the workflow specialist community and culture
  • Provide consultation for long-range planning and growth objectives
  • Collaborate with GPC to develop GTM partners
  • Create Multi-Workflow strategies with Geo WF Leader peers
  • Coordinate with marketing on event planning
  • Develop thought leadership content with BU and marketing
  • Provide enablement support for scaling operations
  • Aggregate global forecasting data
