As a **Doctor in General Medicine**, you will play a key role in the medical care of our international clientele, ensuring each client receives the highest level of somatic assessment and treatment throughout their stay. Working alongside our renowned multidisciplinary team of medical experts, you will contribute to truly individualised and integrative treatment. Our holistic, 360-degree approach is at the core of everything we do, and our in-house doctors apply the latest innovations in medical technology. ##### Your Responsibilities * Take the lead as the somatic physician for assigned clients throughout their tailored programme * Conduct thorough medical assessments, including pre-admission evaluations and ongoing medical oversight * Coordinate diagnostics, investigations, referrals, and treatments in a timely and efficient manner * Establish a strong therapeutic relationship with clients, ensuring professionalism, empathy, and trust at all times * Work in close collaboration with our in-house teams across nursing, psychiatry, integrative medicine, nutrition, and more, ensuring seamless, client-centred care * Engage with leading external specialists as needed to deliver a complete medical experience * Remain informed about the latest evidence-based medical practices relevant to high-end personalised care ##### You are/have * Medical degree and board certification in General or Internal Medicine from Switzerland or an EU/EFTA country (ideally MEBEKO-recognised) * Swiss medical license is a plus; support can be offered for candidates in the process of obtaining one * Broad and solid medical experience, ideally in private practice or a related field * Experience working with discerning clients from diverse cultural backgrounds * Fluent in English (C1 or higher); at least German at B2 level is required by Swiss authorities * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a discreet and empathetic approach * High level of personal integrity and dedication to excellence in medical care * A collaborative mindset and appreciation for working within a multidisciplinary team * Flexibility and a service-oriented attitude are essential, as we prioritise our clients’ needs and adapt to individualised care requirements ##### What we offer The Kusnacht Practice is discreetly located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Zurich region, offering a spectacular view of the famous Lake Zurich.
