- •Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- •Ensure accurate and timely disclosure to capital markets
- •Implement and improve finance and reporting processes and tools
- •Drive technology, data, and automation adoption
- •Act as a thought leader on accounting policy and judgment areas
- •Ensure compliance with IFRS standards
- •Implement robust internal controls to maintain financial data integrity
- •Conduct regular checks to identify and mitigate risks
- •Collaborate with Group auditors as a key partner
- •Manage and inspire a team, providing direction and guidance
- •Empower team members to make decisions within set parameters
- •Work closely with global finance teams for accurate financial data
- •Communicate complex information effectively across the organization
- •Provide oversight on corporate finance topics like business valuations
- •Conduct impairment testing and assess WACC assumptions
- •Collaborate with FP&A and external advisors
