Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline, or 5+ years equivalent experience
- •Windows Operating System and server administration experience
- •Experience in hardware/software installation and configuration
- •Proven ability to support SQL databases, LDAP configurations
- •Knowledge of network operations, configuration and troubleshooting TCP/IP, HTTPS, Router skills, VLANs, VPN technology, Firewall skills and NAT/PAT address translation
- •Strong experience in core IT technologies, including network systems, operating systems, databases, access controls, and IT operations
- •In-depth knowledge of core IT technologies and processes
- •Advanced knowledge of network troubleshooting tools and techniques
- •Proven customer facing skills with the ability to discuss technical information
- •Must read, write and speak Italian and English
- •Ability to work independently, troubleshoot and prioritize day-to-day activities

Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide end-to-end monitoring and troubleshooting for network systems
- •Install, configure, and maintain digital solutions for clinical video management
- •Integrate systems with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), PACS, HL7, and DICOM
- •Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to resolve technical issues
- •Ensure uptime and reliability meet service agreement levels
- •Read and inspect customer system installation reports for support readiness
- •Perform remote system upgrades and maintenance inspections
- •Troubleshoot medical software, hardware, and network connectivity issues
- •Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
- •Participate in conference calls with executives and technical teams
- •Communicate product security and compliance features through presentations
- •Maintain up-to-date documentation, including Field Activity Reports and RMAs
- •Provide feedback to improve processes and operational efficiency
- •Review and advise on system configurations and technical specifications
- •Perform remote server installations and network configurations
- •Guide on LDAP configuration and SQL system administration
- •Maintain accurate configurations of installed systems
- •Mitigate network security threats and vulnerabilities
- •Support engineering development with off-hour verification testing
- •Provide technical training to service operations and developers
- •Support tradeshows and business-related events as needed
- •Deliver Tier 1 & 2 support for EU customers and internal teams
- •Complete customer requests for information
- •Ensure compliance with cyber and data regulations for medical devices
- •Collaborate with Product Support and Engineering to enhance product usability
- •Utilize business systems to document complaints and resolutions
- •Execute ad-hoc projects as assigned
- •Drive key initiatives to support corporate goals
- •Communicate product architecture and security features to customers
- •Work within a Global Support Team across various time zones
- •Conduct pre-site verifications for remote connections
- •Perform maintenance inspections to ensure system performance
- •Complete administrative duties, including expense reports and RMAs
