Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- •5 years of relevant professional experience in cloud, DevOps, or software engineering roles
- •Proficiency in DevOps automation (Bicep, Terraform, GitHub Actions) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- •Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Azure Container Apps) and cloud-native architectures
- •Strong knowledge of cloud security and compliance, including API and container security, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, configuration/security management tools, and familiarity with ISO 27001
- •Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- •Demonstrated thought leadership and initiative
- •Strong time and project management skills
- •Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- •Effective communicator, skilled at adapting communication for technical stakeholders and senior management
- •Proficient in English, French is a plus
- •Valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25EFTA citizenship required

- •Design and implement secure cloud architectures in Microsoft Azure
- •Lead DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- •Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep
- •Implement CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments across environments
- •Embed security in the development lifecycle and Azure environment
- •Leverage tools like Defender for Cloud to secure CI/CD pipelines
- •Evolve DevOps into Platform Engineering with internal developer portals
- •Create reusable components, shared libraries, and templates
- •Ensure application availability, stability, and performance
- •Apply FinOps principles for cost efficiency in applications
- •Monitor observability, logging, and DORA metrics
- •Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CI/CD and cloud platforms
- •Design action plans to address platform and tooling shortcomings
- •Innovate solutions using Azure OpenAI and Large Language Models
- •Collaborate with teams, contractors, and vendors on architecture
- •Create and maintain documentation from architecture diagrams to procedures
- •Stay current with Azure and DevSecOps trends
