•Drive the implementation of the rexx HR software across all subsidiaries in Europe
•Collaborate with local project managers for effective project execution
•Align local project activities with the overall project roadmap

•Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across sub-projects
•Ensure timely delivery and quality standards
•Assume governance role for rexx and manage access rights
•Configure the rexx system to meet group-wide standards

•Enhance efficiency by linking internal systems with rexx
