Anforderungen
- •Minimum 2 years of experience in event management
- •Ability to work effectively with multi-cultural and cross-functional groups
- •Demonstrated ability to manage priorities
- •Excellent organizational skills
- •Very good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- •Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly
- •Self-starter with leadership ability in unstructured environments
- •Fluency in English and another European language, preferably Italian and/or Spanish
- •Experience in MS Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint
- •Working knowledge of CRM systems: SalesForce.com is a plus
- •Working knowledge of ERP systems: SAP is a plus
- •Excellent knowledge of a third European language is an asset
- •Experience with database applications
- •Experience in biotech or medical device organization preferred
- •Capability to train others on new processes
- •Basic understanding of human anatomy and physiology preferred

Deine Aufgaben
- •Coordinate customer training events
- •Provide administrative support for training events
- •Establish relationships with internal teams and external partners
- •Manage resources at training sites
- •Schedule Host Surgeons for training sessions
- •Assist Host Surgeons with travel and lodging needs
- •Follow up on invoices from Training Sites and Host Surgeons
- •Collect payment information from Sales
- •Invoice completed events and liaise with Finance
- •Maintain records of payments
- •Ensure proper recording and validation of events in the database
- •Escalate non-compliant events as necessary
- •Gather data from multiple systems for reporting
- •Evaluate processes for efficiency improvements
- •Participate in assigned projects and administrative functions
