- •Coordinate with project leads, vendors, and internal departments for event execution
- •Manage badge printing, iPad sign-in, and lead scanning on event day
- •Oversee onsite AV and equipment management
- •Drive audience engagement during events
- •Provide daily reports to clients
- •Review event apps to ensure flawless delivery
- •Brief and prepare speakers for webinars and onsite presentations
- •Oversee live interactivities to ensure smooth event operations
- •Analyze event data and deliver insightful reports to project leads
- •Highlight successes and identify areas for improvement in reports
- •Get certified with SpotMe Academy for backstage operations
- •Build content for standard features in Backstage with supervision
- •Deliver live event days as an Event Coordinator, onsite or remote
- •Participate in onsite logistics evaluations
- •Deliver live event days with positive customer feedback
- •Build content for advanced features in Backstage with minimal supervision
- •Kick off small-scale events as the Project Lead with timely client communication
