- •Serve as a trusted advisor for Evergreen//One, Evergreen//Flex, and Cloud Block Store customers
- •Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on the customer's Pure Storage journey
- •Own and drive the post-sales service delivery relationship
- •Lead strategic business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
- •Manage the customer lifecycle to promote retention and growth
- •Act as the primary advocate for customers, facilitating communication with internal teams
- •Bridge efforts between customers and Engineering, Product Management, Support, Sales, and Executive Leadership
- •Define key metrics for success and establish processes for customer growth
- •Implement systems and tools to support large and strategic accounts
