  • •7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer development roles
  • •Proven experience designing and scaling lifecycle programs internationally
  • •Hands-on experience with automation, segmentation, and personalization
  • •Background in subscription-based business models
  • •Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • •Expertise in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • •Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • •Ability to balance global strategy with local execution needs
