Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
- •Proven experience as CFO or in senior financial leadership role in multinational environment for at least 5 years
- •Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate finance (HGB and IFRS)
- •Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- •Leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- •Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- •Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- •Presence in either the Berlin or Dubai headquarters

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and manage finance departments across all group entities
- •Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
- •Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with international standards
- •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- •Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure
- •Support project financing, including guarantees, bonds, and letters of credit
- •Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- •Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team and board
- •Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- •Drive project controlling and evaluate KPIs
- •Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies across jurisdictions
- •Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance activities
