- •Outstanding academic record in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- •1-2 years full-time work experience in management consulting, investment banking, finance, or business development
- •Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- •Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- •Excellent communication skills in English and German
- •Berlin-based or willingness to relocate

- •Support the Annual General Meeting and Board Meetings
- •Contribute to Quarterly Earnings Calls
- •Oversee and prioritize the CFO’s calendar and inbox
- •Anticipate needs and solve challenges proactively
- •Plan and coordinate meetings and business travel
- •Organize special events with exceptional attention to detail
- •Handle confidential information with professionalism
