- •Automate reconciliations to achieve ≥95% accuracy
- •Manage cash runway and accounts payable/receivable

- •Transform data into strategic decisions on pricing, hiring, and growth
- •Select financial tools and establish operational cadences
- •Build a high-performing finance team

- •Coordinate audits and manage filings
