- •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- •Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience
- •At least 5 years in a leadership role
- •Experience in renewable energy sector, high growth industry, or audit firm
- •Experience with private equity portfolio companies
- •Proven track record in managing finance operations
- •Extensive experience in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- •Strong experience in implementing ERP systems
- •Improving finance processes and driving operational efficiency
- •Mature, inspiring leader with ability to build high-performing teams
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- •Strong analytical capabilities with focus on actionable insights
- •Fluency in English
- •Proficiency in business German

- •Oversee financial accounting and reporting integrity
- •Ensure compliance with international financial standards, including IFRS and local GAAP

- •Collaborate with senior management and the supervisory board to align goals
- •Develop and maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets
