Anforderungen
- •Relevant experience in an audit firm, accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or similar field
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance/accounting or comparable qualification
- •Sound knowledge of IFRS and HGB
- •Advanced Excel skills
- •Strong communication skills and fluency in German and English
- •Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under stress
- •Familiarity with financial, accounting, and business systems software, especially DATEV, DUO; experience with Expense management solutions and Salesforce

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and manage the core accounting team
- •Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities
- •Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- •Support internal reporting according to HGB and IFRS
- •Prepare and analyze monthly material and logistic expenses
- •Identify variances and ensure accuracy in reporting
- •Collaborate with internal departments on tax and financial accounting issues
- •Support the board of management on financial projects
- •Manage accounts receivable processes
- •Respond to external inquiries regarding accounts receivable
- •Oversee the dunning process for timely collections
- •Liaise with the external accountancy firm
- •Support finance initiatives for managing working capital
