- •Support the VP in customer and partner interactions
- •Prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items
- •Document interactions in CRM for fast progress tracking
- •Assist in preparing presentations and business cases
- •Manage forecast by proactively overseeing the pipeline
- •Drive pipeline hygiene and send proactive KPI updates
- •Support German leadership team meetings with agenda and notes
- •Conduct research and analysis to identify strategic opportunities
- •Help maintain the book of business and sharpen strategy
- •Assist in planning executive meetings
- •Coordinate with Glacier on ESG partnership
- •Facilitate office activities and coordinate with office leads in Germany
- •Support the VP with Schwarz Partner (XM Cyber)
- •Provide key market insights and monitor relevant press
- •Coordinate and set up All-Hands meetings
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations and leadership
