Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- •Strong debugging and analytical mindset
- •Experience with AI systems and products
- •Experience in technical support, QA, or customer success engineering
- •Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages
- •Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Sentry)
- •Exposure to AI/ML systems in production environments
- •Excellent communication with enterprise customers
- •Bias for action and ownership
- •High maturity and professionalism in external-facing contexts

Deine Aufgaben
- •Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact technical issues for enterprise customers
- •Conduct L3 investigations and ensure clear handoffs to core Engineering
- •Build diagnostic tools, scripts, and automation for faster resolutions
- •Analyze logs, traces, and metrics to identify root causes
- •Collaborate with CSMs and Product to monitor customer health and performance
- •Represent customer feedback within Engineering to address systemic issues
- •Write clear technical updates and playbooks for customer support
- •Engage with production environments to support critical workloads
- •Enhance AI security and performance for global enterprises
- •Serve as the technical liaison between customers and engineering teams
- •Develop internal tools and playbooks to improve team effectiveness
- •Work alongside skilled engineers and AI experts within Check Point's platform
