Anforderungen
- •Knowledge of Unix and Linux operating systems
- •Understanding of networking and major internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, SMTP, SSH, DNS, BGP, OSPF)
- •Knowledge of network security concepts and practices, including firewalls, secure web gateways, CASB, VPN networks, IDS and IPS, email security, ZTNA, and traditional remote access
- •Experience in design and implementation of global WAN and hub network topologies (SD-WAN)
- •Highly motivated to learn new skills
- •Self-motivated and proactive team player
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or extensive experience in networking and cyber security

- •Learn the Open Systems service portfolio
- •Manage configuration effectively
- •Engage with customers' technical staff to identify requirements

- •Provide first-class technical support for customer requests
- •Interface between development and sales teams
- •Collaborate with the Mission Control organization for steady operations
