Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related STEM field
- •4+ years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar role
- •Proven experience in building or integrating agentic AI systems
- •Expert-level Python skills and fluency with key ML/AI libraries
- •Hands-on experience fine-tuning, deploying, and monitoring LLMs in production environments
- •Practical experience building and managing scalable, data-driven microservices and pipelines
- •Strong grounding in software engineering best practices and clean, maintainable code
- •Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), CI/CD workflows, and containerized environments
- •Proactive mindset with initiative to drive ideas from concept to production
- •Effective mentorship skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
- •Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with professional fluency in English
- •Valid work permit
