Anforderungen

•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
•15+ years of overall professional experience in project management, development and delivery
•7+ years in leading multi-national teams/resources
•5+ years in experience in financial management and P&L responsibility
•Proven expertise in developing complex systems from architecture to implementation
•Proven ability to lead, mentor and grow diverse teams
•Master's Degree in Engineering, MBA
•Experience in automotive project development
•Willingness to travel up to 30% domestic and international
•Willingness to work in an office in North America/Germany

•Lead resources managing customer projects
•Ensure timely delivery, quality, and profitability of projects
•Analyze project and change requests for regional profitability
•Engineer audio systems and integrated technology platforms
•Combine research and collaboration with design and engineering
•Advance in-vehicle infotainment, safety, and efficiency
•Oversee P&L for the SBU’s Regional Projects
•Assess financial viability of projects and change requests
•Maintain overall development plan for Regional Projects
•Implement quality practices aligned with HARMAN standards
•Represent project development efforts to customers
•Support regional RFI/RFQ processes
•Staff and maintain department resources for career growth
