Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- •15+ years of overall professional experience in project management, development and delivery
- •7+ years in leading multi-national teams/resources
- •5+ years in financial management and P&L responsibility
- •Proven expertise in developing complex systems from architecture to implementation
- •Proven ability to lead, mentor and grow diverse teams
- •Master's Degree in Engineering, MBA
- •Experience in automotive project development
- •Willingness to travel up to 30% domestic and international travel
- •Willingness to work in an office in North America/Germany

- •Lead resources managing customer projects
- •Ensure timely delivery, quality, and profitability of projects
- •Analyze project and change requests for regional profitability
- •Oversee P&L for the SBU’s Regional Projects
- •Assess financial viability of all projects and change requests
- •Maintain overall development plan for Regional Projects
- •Implement quality practices and tools aligned with HARMAN standards
- •Represent project development efforts to customers
- •Support regional RFI/RFQ processes
- •Staff and maintain department resources
- •Facilitate career growth and technical skills enhancements
