Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- •15+ years of progressive IT and digital leadership experience
- •Proven success leading complex digital transformations
- •Deep understanding of ERP/MES environments and Industry 4.0 technologies
- •Demonstrated leadership of multi-region, director-level teams
- •Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Financial and vendor governance expertise with strong business acumen
- •Experience with SAP MES, Industry 4.0, IoT, and hybrid ERP landscapes
- •Familiarity with data governance, analytics, RPA, and AI/ML applications
- •International leadership experience across multi-plant and multi-business operations
- •Willingness to work from a Harman office in Germany 3 days per week
