Anforderungen
- •Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or similar qualification
- •Fluency in English (German is preferable)
- •Basic understanding of engineering workflows
- •Experience consolidating data from various sources and presenting it visually
- •Practical experience with Excel Tables, Pivots, and PowerQuery (highly desirable or willingness to learn)
- •Familiarity with data flows and data visualization tools like Power BI
- •Commercial and Financial acumen
- •Understanding of Work/Cost Breakdown Structures, forecasting, and interdependencies
- •Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies
- •Experience with ERP systems (ex. SAP/Oracle)
- •Knowledge of project management principles (desirable)
- •Knowledge of Earned Value Management (desired)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Promote a proactive cost culture across projects and the site
- •Drive automation by questioning the status quo and proposing innovative solutions
- •Coordinate cost management activities across multiple projects, sites, and tenders
- •Ensure traceability and transparency of cost development against baselines
- •Identify and participate in cost optimization activities and value-adding opportunities
- •Provide cost management deliverables on time and aligned with stakeholder needs
- •Create and maintain financial cockpits and cost baselines
- •Develop user-friendly dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI
- •Support risk management and cost control processes
