Anforderungen
- •Initial experience in project support, project controls, or administrative role with financial or analytical component
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- •Completed commercial training, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field, or comparable qualification
- •Solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management principles
- •Business-fluent in both German and English
- •High performance in a fast-paced environment
- •Collaborative, humble, and problem-solver
- •Ability to meet requirements for security clearance

- •Contribute to the development of mitigation strategies
- •Assist in developing and maintaining project plans
- •Ensure data accuracy and adherence to controlling standards
- •Coordinate project-internal requirements with central staff
- •Organize meetings and workshops for data presentation
- •Archive project-related documents and data for reporting
- •Build and maintain project steering dashboards
- •Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for cost, schedule, and resources
