Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • •Master’s or CPA, CMA certifications are a plus
  • •Some practical experience in financial analysis preferred
  • •Strong Excel skills and basic data analysis knowledge
  • •Basic knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau beneficial
  • •Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle is an advantage
  • •Understanding of fundamental financial principles

  • •Maintain and update financial models and dashboards.
  • •Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for decision-making.
  • •Improve financial processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • •Support compliance monitoring and internal audits.
  • •Gather financial data from R&D, Operations, and HR.
  • •Participate in projects to enhance cost efficiency.
  • •Support integration of new tools and systems.
  • •Assist in preparing business cases and proposals.
  • •Contribute to sustainability and ESG financial reporting.
  • •Participate in workshops to enhance financial literacy.
