Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- •Strong analytical mindset
- •Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
- •Proven experience with Power BI: dashboard creation, DAX, and data modeling
- •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas; VBA and Python is a plus
- •Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes in an industrial environment
- •Familiarity with warranty and reliability growth processes
- •Exposure to project execution in technical, industrial, or supply chain contexts
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in multicultural environments
- •Ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- •Strong organizational and time management skills
- •Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
- •Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
- •High ethical standards and commitment to quality and safety
- •Proficiency in English
- •Basic knowledge of German
- •Additional language skills in Chinese or Swedish are considered an asset
