•High School diploma or GED
•U.S. Citizenship
•SOFA/Command-Sponsored status
•Eligible for ADP IT III clearance
•3+ years of customer service experience
•Fluent in English
•Proficient in Microsoft Office
•Effective at delivering presentations
•Ability to communicate tactfully
•Self-starter with minimal supervision
•Strong organizational and time management
•High attention to detail
•Familiarity with TRICARE Overseas Program
•Work background in military healthcare

•Process enrollments and disenrollments via DOES and MHS Genesis.
•Update PCM information following MTF guidelines.
•Provide guidance on TRICARE resources and benefits.
•Assist beneficiaries with enrollment and claims inquiries.
•Offer basic claims status updates and support.
•Lead informational sessions for various events.
•Collect and record daily activities and OHI information.
•Evaluate assistance needs and escalate complex issues.
•Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.
•Assist with remote support and train new team members.
