Anforderungen
- •Degree in agricultural sciences with commercial experience and strategic thinking
- •At least 5 years of relevant experience in portfolio, sales, or consulting roles within the agricultural industry
- •Strong expertise in specialty crops and related input products
- •Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams or cross-functional projects
- •Excellent command of English; knowledge of German, Hungarian, and/or Romanian is a strong asset
- •High level of initiative, structured working style, and solution-oriented mindset
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with intercultural competence
- •Willingness to travel up to 50% across the core regions
- •Confident user of MS Office and data analysis tools
