Anforderungen
- •Completed studies in a commercial field
- •Several years of professional experience in finance department, especially in preparing annual financial statements according to national (UGB, OR) and international (IFRS) accounting regulations
- •Solid knowledge of tax law for Austria and Switzerland
- •Ability to analyze complex relationships and communicate them clearly
- •Very good communication skills and enjoyment of working as an interface within the company
- •Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

- •Lead the accounting team both technically and disciplinarily
- •Develop and motivate team members
- •Serve as the main contact for all departments regarding financial inquiries

- •Ensure the quality and timeliness of financial reports
- •Drive continuous optimization of departmental processes
- •Monitor tax planning and liquidity processes
- •Ensure compliance with legal regulations
- •Collaborate closely with auditors, tax advisors, and banks
- •Represent the company during audits
