Anforderungen
- •Degree (PhD preferred) in Life Science, Biotechnology, (Bio-) Chemistry, or related field
- •Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- •Proven leadership skills
- •Expertise in downstream processing, protein characterization, and/or formulation development
- •Solid understanding of GxP principles, laboratory methodologies, and regulatory processes
- •Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- •Strong organizational and communication skills
- •Proficient in German and English (oral + written)

- •Lead and mentor a team of scientists and lab technicians

- •Prepare and present reports and project updates to stakeholders
