- •M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in semiconductor device characterization or photonics testing
- •Proven team leadership in product development or manufacturing
- •Expertise in testing photonic and electronic-photonic integrated circuits
- •Proficiency with electrical and optical measurement techniques
- •Experience with high-volume testing, automation, and statistical analysis
- •Experience in high-speed communication or RF photonics applications
- •Knowledge of industry standards for photonic components and reliability testing
- •Experience with optical and opto-electrical testing equipment, probers, and RF photonics instruments
- •Proficiency in Python programming and data analysis software
