Anforderungen
- •EASA licence
- •500 single pilot hours
- •Previous instructional experience ideally CFI, SFI, or SFE
- •High-level English proficiency
- •Keen eye for detail in training delivery
- •Ability to tailor training sessions to diverse customer needs
- •Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
- •Flexibility for full-time work pattern
- •Commute to Training Centre in Schwechat
- •Right to live and work in Austria desirable
- •Prepared to spend time outside of Austria for initial type and SFI ratings
- •Excellent interpersonal skills
- •Continuous drive for process improvement and customer satisfaction
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment
- •Readiness to accept change and adjust accordingly

Deine Aufgaben
- •Assure quality delivery of client training
- •Monitor compliance with authorizations and qualifications
- •Increase instructor qualifications as required
- •Conduct quality pre and post flight briefings
- •Suggest changes to curriculum and courseware materials
- •Assist the Lead with assigned duties
- •Complete paperwork and electronic records accurately and timely
- •Provide seat support for individual clients when needed
- •Deliver portions of initial and recurrent ground school
- •Perform other duties as assigned by the Training Manager
