- •Proven experience as a Flight Instructor or Examiner

- •Manage approximately 12 instructors and a Training Manager

- •Ensure compliance with EASA, FAA, and UK CAA regulations
- •Connect with CAE's global network to share best practices
- •Partner with HR to attract and develop top talent
- •Recommend remedial training for pilots not meeting standards
- •Engage with clients and potential clients as needed
- •Guarantee high standards in flight simulation and instruction
- •Foster a culture of safety, quality, and improvement
- •Optimize scheduling and resource planning for training goals
- •Build strong relationships with regulatory authorities and clients
- •Collaborate with department heads to develop strategic vision
