Anforderungen

  • Experience from the aviation or aviation training industry, knowledge of aviation regulations, or Crew Scheduling background
  • Motivation and experience in achieving sales objectives
  • 2–3 years of account management experience and proven track record in client-facing roles
  • Proactive self-starter who enjoys multitasking and prioritizing operational workload
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or Gemini for managing client data
  • High-level customer service and enjoyment of building strong relationships
  • Thrive in dynamic live-training environment and ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Self-starter, strong team player, and motivated by achieving sales targets

Deine Aufgaben

  • Own the client experience and manage revenue bookings for assigned accounts
  • Respond promptly to booking requests with detailed information
  • Ensure accurate entry of bookings and follow up on pre-training inquiries
  • Act as a trusted training advisor for decision makers
  • Manage scheduling of simulators, classrooms, devices, and instructors
  • Resolve customer concerns by coordinating across teams and escalating as needed
  • Drive revenue retention and growth by identifying upsell opportunities
  • Follow up on retention cases to secure training revenue
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular communication
  • Promote CAE training solutions and inform customers about availability
  • Create optimal outcomes by pairing clients and responding to inquiries
  • Educate customers on cancellation and reservation policies
  • Act as a single point of contact with Embraer for training coordination
